Our staff and team members come from many countries. In starting a new project, we collaborate with established organizations in the community in order to create culturally appropriate programs. We use Quaker process for clearness, support and oversight to strengthen the spiritual basis of peace team work by Quakers and non-Quakers alike. We work with local partnerships to adapt proven alternatives to violence and community healing techniques to create sustained peacebuilding and reconciliation programs.
